Dr. G. Gopa Kumar is the second Vice Chancellor of the Central University of Kerala and successfully completed his tenure, recently. He was formerly UGC- Emeritus Fellow, ICSSR Senior Fellow, Dean of Social Sciences, and Professor and Head, Department of Political Science, Vice Chairman, Credit and Semester System and Director, V.K. Krishna Menon Centre for International Relations , Co-ordinator ,Nehru Studies Centre, Survey Research Centre and UGC-SAP in the University of Kerala.听
