SICI is organizing a Dissemination and Orientation event for听its past and recent awardees听from January听20-22, 2021, 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.听via virtual mode. During this event, SICI鈥檚 fellows for the year 2019-20 and 2018-19 will share听the听work done by them during their fellowship tenure in Canada/India. The new awardees for the year 2020-21 will get first-hand information about SICI, its policies, fund disbursement, utilization of funds and other vital aspects.

SICI is deeply saddened by the passing away of its Former President (1990-1994) and Resident Director(1988-1989), Prof. G.N. Ramu, Department of Sociology, University of Manitoba.
We join in expressing our deepest condolences to his family and friends who have been tragically affected. May God give them the strength to bear this loss.
